AMERICAN RED CROSS
The Northeast Nebraska Chapter of the American Red Cross provides a variety of classes for group or individual needs. Workplace classes are available which benefit both the employer and the participants. Below we have listed the classes available through this chapter. If you have questions regarding any of the classes, please contact us.
We have many qualified instructors who provide a great service to their communities and are available to other areas upon request.
CPR Training
The American Red Cross CPR Training is in compliance with American Heart Association standards. It teaches you what to do in an emergency situation. You will learn to recognize and care for breathing and heart emergencies. Participants who complete the skills and written tests successfully will receive a one-year certificate.
Babysitters' Training
For youngsters who are interested in infant and child care. Prepares you with the training every parent wants in a babysitter, including safety, basic childcare, safe play, first aid and emergency action.
Aquatic Courses - New Class Dates coming in March 2010!
*Lifeguard Training (must be 15 yrs of age)
*Water Safety Instructor Training (must be 16 yrs of age)
